Can I purchase the garments at a wholesale price?

We offer our wholesale program to businesses. If you are a business, you can apply for an account here. Please only apply if you are a registered business and can provide the required information. If required fields are left blank, your account will not be approved.

Is there a retail store where I can try the garments on?

Unfortunately, we don't have a retail store. If you are local and would like to try a garment on, we have some styles and sizes hung up in our Brampton office. Please email info@houseofblanks.com to let us know what day and time you would like to stop by. Please note that all orders are placed online, we are unable to place an order for you or charge you for one at our Brampton location. Please place the order online in advance.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped out. Sometimes there are additional delays due to busy seasons, sales, or holidays. Please allow for extra processing time in these cases. Note: This is for retail orders only, wholesale orders generally take longer to process, please visit the FAQ on our wholesale website for more details on wholesale processing times.

How will my order be packaged?

In order to reduce our plastic waste, we have removed polybags from our processes. Instead of individually wrapping each product in plastic, we use sheets of kraft paper to wrap the items before putting them in the mailing bag or box. 

How will my order ship?

Canadian orders will be shipped via Ground and delivered through Canpar. US orders will have the option to be delivered through UPS or DHL. All international orders will be delivered through DHL. If you are local, you will also have the option to pick up your order.

I am local.  Can I pickup my order?

Yes.  If you wish to pick up your order, please choose that option at checkout. Once your order is packed, you will receive an email notification that it’s ready for pick up. Please do not come to pick up your order unless you have received the confirmation email.

How will I know when a product restocks?

If a product is out of stock, please use the “Notify me when available” button to sign up for the restock notification.

Are colours the same across all styles?

We make every effort to ensure that our colours are consistent across every fabric we produce.  However, due to the nature of the various knit constructions and the tolerances required in textile dyeing, there is a possibility that a shade may look slightly different from dye lot to dye lot.

Will House Of Blanks products shrink in the wash?

Our apparel is washed to reduce shrinkage to a minimum.  If washed as per the care label, you should not experience any noticeable shrinkage.  

Are all styles of House Of Blanks fabric 100% cotton?

All of our heathered styles require a combination of natural coloured fibers and pre-dyed fibers to achieve the heathered look, usually achieved by adding black dyed polyester fiber with the cotton fiber. We include the exact fabric percentages on the hang tag of the garment as well as on the website product pages.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?

Orders shipped outside of Canada or the U.S.A. may/will be subject to applicable taxes, duties and/or import fees by your local government.  We have no up-front knowledge of these fees.  The carrier will attempt to collect these fees at the time of delivery.  Should they be unable to collect these fees, the shipment will be abandoned and you will not be eligible for a refund.  Please research what import fees are applicable in your country before placing orders.

For USA Customers 

Our products are covered for duty free treatment through the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).  We supply a Certificate of Origin to the carrier for all shipments to the USA that should allow for duty free treatment to your order.  There may be other local fees or disbursements that are payable however the duties are not. Please feel free to contact us so that we may assist you if you are charged these fees.

For UK Customers 

Our products are covered for duty free treatment through the Canada-UK Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA, CUKTCA).  We supply a Certificate Of Origin to the carrier for all shipments to the UK that should allow for duty free treatment to your order.  There may be other local fees, disbursements, and VAT that are payable however the duties are not.  Please do not pay any duties as we will be unable to help you recover any payments you make in that regard.  If the carrier is requesting to collect duties, please feel free to contact us so that we may assist you prior to delivery as these should not be paid.

For EU Customers

Our products are covered for duty free treatment through the Canada-European Union Trade Agreement (CETA).  We supply a Certificate Of Origin to the carrier for all shipments to the European Union that should allow for duty free treatment to your order.  There may be other local fees, disbursements, and taxes that are payable however.  If the carrier is requesting to collect duties, please feel free to contact us so that we may assist you as these should not be paid.

For South Korean Customers

Our products are covered for duty free treatment through the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).  We supply a Certificate Of Origin to the carrier for all shipments to South Korea that should allow for duty free treatment to your order.  There may be other local fees, disbursements, and VAT that are payable however.  If the carrier is requesting to collect duties, please feel free to contact us so that we may assist you as these should not be paid.
